AI Quote and request for quote / RFQ
AI Quote and RFQ tools help structure buyer-provided information. Buyers remain responsible for reviewing the request before sending it to producers.
PDF Analysis
PDF Analysis checks whether a file is ready to support a quote and production handoff. It looks for common prepress risks such as missing bleed, low image resolution, font issues, and color profile problems.
Payment and dispute flow
Commercial flows are being finalized for launch. The intended flow separates quote, order confirmation, payment, invoice, refund, and dispute handling so buyer and producer responsibilities stay clear.
Delivery and production timing
Shipping and lead time depend on the job, producer location, buyer location, production method, quantity, destination, and selected delivery service. These details belong in the RFQ and final producer offer.
